Uniting all Tri-State Veterans

Our Mission

USA Flag

Veterans Day Graphic with US FlagsThe Dot Com World is here to stay and we as Tri-State Veterans should take advantage of it. There are many veterans in our area who currently use e-mail and often search the Web for information. This site will provide access to various veteran and military related Web sites dedicated to activities and organizations in our great states. The Fargo, North Dakota, American Legion Post #2 took the leadership to fund the initial stages of this project.

This site may host several small organizational Web pages, for a modest donation. The site would also provide links to other organizations such as the American Legion, North Dakota Air National Guard, North Dakota Army National Guard, Naval Reserve Center Sioux Falls, The Dakota Bull Session, etc. Although links may be given to active duty bases and organizations the main thrust of this site is to provide access to North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota based veterans organizations and events.

Veterans of North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota may take a more active role in the various veteran and military activities in the state if they had access to a calendar of events. As veterans, we would like a Web site which lists when the Navy Ball is scheduled, what activities are planned for Veterans Day and what military based organizations are in need of volunteer time or have fund raising projects going on. This Web site attempts to collect, organize, list and publicize those events.

tristateveterans.com can host your clubs Web site.  Although we can not build you a huge interactive site we can give you a presence on the Internet.  See the Harwood American Legion site as example of what we could do for you.  We are asking for a $30 annual donation for hosting your post's Web page to help finance this site..

Your comments and suggestions are always welcome.  Please e-mail URLs of sites you think we should link to and forward announcements of veterans events we should list on the calendar to Dave Rice at: commander@tristateveterans.com

My preference is e-mail communication to minimize disruptions at home and at work.  You may also send a FAX to (701)231-7044 or written correspondence to:
